This role is essential for overseeing the successful implementation of IT projects and requires a solid understanding of project management practices in relation to advanced technologies and solutions. Our offerings include Microsoft Azure, Epicor ERP, IT architecture initiatives, Microsoft 365, and innovative security solutions. While deep expertise in these areas is not required (as we have specialists on staff), strong coordination and project management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate efforts among consultants, technical experts, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and generate comprehensive final project reports.
- Manage project scope, initiate change requests, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in IT.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to thrive in diverse environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Residency in Southeast Wisconsin, as the position is based at our Pewaukee headquarters.
