Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epicor Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Epicor ERP solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices, and delivering high-quality consulting services.

This is a REMOTE position with no need to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' current financial processes and systems.
• Implementing and configuring Epicor ERP financial modules to meet client needs.
• Providing expert guidance on financial best practices and helping clients optimize their financial operations.
• Training and supporting clients' staff on Epicor financial functionalities.
• Developing and customizing financial reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to financial modules in Epicor ERP.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial modules with other business processes.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Epicor ERP enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epicor Financial Consultant or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP financial modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in Epicor ERP (desirable).
