Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and quality in service.
- Supervise staff, including bartenders and servers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and POS systems.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and bartending practices.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems and their operation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
