2 Sisters Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning Services LLC in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one experience Floor Care Technician Part-Time to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 7607 W Townsend Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Responsibilities
(Some weekend work may be required)
- Perform floor care and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing floors
- Operate floor cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor polishers
- Strip and wax floors as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies
- Respond to requests for floor cleaning services in a timely manner
- Assist with other custodial duties as assigned
- Cleaning and maintaining of walking surfaces, Including but not limited to carpets of all types, vinyl floors, ceramic and other type tiles and surfaces
- This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time
Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation
- At least 2 years of Solid Floor Care work history
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Previous experience in environmental services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Experience:
• Floor care: 4 year (Preferred)
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 (based on experience) per hour
Salary : $19 - $25
