Job Summary:
As a Returns Associate you will be primarily responsible for expeditiously processing customer returns and refunds for our golfers. We are looking for a highly-skilled professional who strives to give every customer a great experience.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unboxing, and reviewing the condition of online customer returns.
- Processing customer returns and refunds within the stipulated timeframe.
- Manage inventory intake and re-onboarding of items.
- Identify condition changes and applicable restocking fees.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in NetSuite or related ERP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to multitask, handle varying daily priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the game of golf, golf equipment, and the desire for continued learning.
Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour, based on previous experience
