Position Summary:
The Online Fitting & Support team plays an important role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience to 2nd Swing ecommerce customers. This in-office role supports customers through online chat, providing knowledgeable and timely assistance with product questions, orders, and other ecommerce needs. This is an in-office role in Bloomington, MN with weekend shift requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of golf and golf equipment, excellent customer service skills, and strong written communication abilities. Being an avid golfer is preferred, but a solid understanding of golf equipment is required. The ability to manage multiple customer conversations, learn quickly, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Position Responsibilities:
- Achieve a high level of golfer engagement and satisfaction through all touch points
- Communicate and manage queue of golfers via phone, email and chat
- Work with manufacturers to confirm warranty inquiries
- Track and locate golf equipment
- Educate promotional trade-ins to golfers
- Reattribute inventory
- Engage in continuous training around product and equipment
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service, retail, sales, or call-center experience
- Strong working knowledge of golf equipment
- Familiarity with: NetSuite, Microsoft365, UKG, Counterpoint, Braintree, Affirm, PayPal
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Personable, energetic, and professional with a passion for the game of golf
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and bending.
- Comfortable working in an office setting.
