What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman, Landscape Hardscape position at 2K Landscaping?
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a hardscape crew on a daily basis
- Oversee installation of patios, pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor living features
- Ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality
- Set the standard for work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members clearly and confidently
- Manage materials, tools, and jobsite organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Train and develop crew members to grow their skills and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hardscape and landscape construction
- Strong leadership skills — someone people respect and want to follow
- High level of accountability, integrity, and ownership
- Knowledge of grading, base prep, drainage, paver installs, and retaining wall systems
- Ability to read plans and execute with precision
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling physically demanding work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $22.46 - $40.00 per hour
