Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Some general labor, construction, maintenance, or hands-on experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Willing to learn new skills and take direction
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable with physical labor
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
