If so, Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Texas Quality Management Center team.
In This Role, You Will
- Oversee placement documentation compliance, including Attachment A, Placement Summaries, Child Bill of Rights, and 2085 series documents
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly signed, and uploaded within required DFPS timeframes
- Monitor data integrity within internal and external systems and address discrepancies
- Lead internal quality monitoring efforts and coordinate follow-up and remediation across departments
- Track deadlines, complete required reports, and support continuous compliance improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
- Experience in Texas child welfare strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage time-sensitive documentation workflows
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable reviewing technical, legal, and regulatory documents
- Office-based position
- Occasional weekend work and travel required; valid driver’s license required
