Position Description:
Performs a wide variety of production and assembly work functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follows instruction cards and perform job tasks and responsibilities at various workstations
- Performs quality checks to ensure parts are meeting quality criteria
- Uses gauges to perform quality checks and record results
- Resets, re-starts, and performs minor adjustments to production equipment as directed
- Performs required preventive equipment maintenance
- Operates CNC machines at efficiency levels acceptable to meet assigned production numbers
- Completes production records in a timely and accurate manner
- Re-works machined parts when necessary
- Assembles or re-assembles parts when necessary or as a part of everyday duties
- Learns to identify defects on parts to determine scrap and/or causes
- Learns how to use basic measurement devices to ensure that parts meet customer specifications
- Re-starts machine after down-time
- Adheres to 5S principles at the machine and throughout the plant
- Knows and adheres to all safety requirements consistent with OSHA standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive task at required cycle times
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education:
· High School diploma in equivalent education and experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements
· May be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. (Frequently 5 – 25 pounds), (Occasionally 25 – 75 pounds), (Rarely greater than 75 pounds)
· Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
· Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
· Ability to use feet for repetitive movement as in operating foot controls over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
· Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
