Prairie View Middle School, located in Henderson, CO is seeking an experienced middle school educator to join our team as an Assistant Principal. We are seeking a candidate that is a collaborative, student-centered leader who builds strong relationships while maintaining high expectations for both students and staff. This is a full time position with benefits.

Required Qualifications:
• A valid Colorado Department of Education Principal License.
• The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to facilite and coach a high-functioning team.
• The ability to define roles and share responsibility to move the school vision forward.
• The ability to seek out and engage the perspective of others.
• The emotional intelligence to understand others' needs and provide support.
• The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
• A belief in empowering all children as owners of their learning.
