What You Will Be Accountable ForShift fulfillment – Every shift covered, every timeMaintaining schedule accuracy – No surprises, no confusionClear & timely communication – With caregivers, facilities, and internal teamBuilding facility relationships – Professional, responsive, trustedMaintaining updated points of contact – Always knowing who to callParticipating in operations calls & team alignment24-hour on-call rotation (shared among team)In person client visits as needed You will coordinate schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability, ensuring shifts are filled promptly and accuratelyYou will serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and facilities regarding assignments, schedule changes, and expectationsThis role requires decisiveness, urgency, and ownership.
