Why Join Us | DuPont Careers You will join the DuPont Americas Adhesives, Fluids and Multibase commercial team and be a key part of managing all aspects of our engagement with both new and existing customers including in the automotive aftermarket value chain. You will report to the AMS Automotive Commercial Leader and work closely with key account managers and R&D/innovation and technical colleagues. Location: preference is the Detroit, MI area Travel: 25% Specific responsibilities may include: Establish/refine and execute account strategies to optimize long-term growth and profitability Aligned with customer needs and expectations – conceptualize, drive internal alignment and lead the implementation of significant new service and/or product innovation initiatives Manage/motivate a network of channel partners to extend our reach and offering Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities via strong communications and internal collaboration Qualifications: Minimum BS degree in Business, Engineering or Material Sciences. 3 years of Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management Preferred Insight/knowledge of the Automotive OEM and Aftermarket value chains Account management representing a highly technical and innovative offering Experience w/ CRM (SFDC) Understands and have used key selling and marketing principles into automotive value chains Ability to develop, communicate and sell unique Value Propositions Soft skills: Rigorous analytical skills / data-driven decision making Excellent communication skills Cross-functional leadership and collaboration Results-oriented and strong customer focus Flexibility/Adaptability - ability to operate both at big picture and very detailed levels Courage to take risks/make difficult decisions #LI-TG1 Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
