Role Overview: The Social Media Analyst supports day-to-day social media activity across a portfolio of lifestyle brands, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to execute strategy, manage engagement, and maintain brand consistency.
Social Media Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across major social platforms to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Schedule and publish content from editorial calendars in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
- Manage engagement across lifestyle brand channels, foster community, and amplify each brand’s tone of voice.
- Create campaign briefs and lead kickoffs with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Assist with real-time content creation including pitching, ideation, asset development, and copywriting.
- Monitor channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues that need escalation.
- Support performance reporting and help identify ways to improve content effectiveness.
Social Media Analyst Qualifications:
- Five years of professional experience.
- Three years in an agency or marketing role.
- Experience managing brand social channels and campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, agencies, partners, or talent.
- Experience in campaign execution.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with social management, listening, and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.).
