We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Showroom Manager and Design Consultant to lead showroom operations while delivering exceptional design solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including merchandising, inventory coordination, and customer interactions.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and a customer-focused approach.
- Provide design consultations, including product selection, space planning, and tailored recommendations.
- Manage store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cashiering, cash handling, and POS system use.
- Support training and development to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and service quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, scheduling, and sales reporting.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and architects.
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service within hearth products or related industries.
- Background in adjacent categories such as furniture, high-end appliances, countertops, fixtures, or other design-forward building products is highly valued.
- Experience in luxury or high-end retail environments with quota-driven sales expectations.
- Strong customer relationship skills across homeowners, contractors, designers, and architects.
- Proficiency with CRM and retail systems; experience with POS platforms and tools such as QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
