Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Process and manage pricing requests, ensuring timely completion
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of pricing SmartSheets and workflows
- Reconcile promotional activities and related claims
- Develop, prepare, and distribute reports on pricing and promotional performance
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for current processes and procedures
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Retail Marketing, Sales Administration, Finance, and Information Technology
- Provide operational support and reporting to assist business decision-making
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience managing large volumes of information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking
