Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Return Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing product returns, exchanges, and order-related inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient return process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle order discrepancies and resolve return-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all returns and exchanges in the system.
- Communicate with customers professionally to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure returned items are properly handled.
- Support the Customer Service team with related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or returns management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software; experience with CRM systems a plus.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time freelance schedule (up to 2 months).
