Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Return Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing product returns, exchanges, and order-related inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient return process for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle order discrepancies and resolve return-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all returns and exchanges in the system.
• Communicate with customers professionally to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure returned items are properly handled.
• Support the Customer Service team with related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or returns management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software; experience with CRM systems a plus.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time freelance schedule (up to 2 months).
