Content Design Producer (Technical)

Must be local to Los Angeles or Cupertino

6 month contract, potential to extend

Starting at $75/hr (w2)

We’re seeking a Technical Content Design Producer to support cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing. This role focuses on delivering high-quality content at scale—managing asset workflows, improving tooling, and supporting product and feature launches.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to support new feature and product launches
• Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of creative/technical requests (Jira, Confluence)
• Oversee delivery of assets across formats (photo, video, UI, digital), ensuring quality and timelines
• Maintain and improve asset tracking systems and workflows
• Collaborate with designers to understand workflows and production needs
• Work with Engineering and QA to track and resolve bugs, unblocking creative teams
• Support global asset distribution with region-specific considerations
• Identify and implement process and tooling improvements
  
  

What You Bring

• 5–7 years in technical production, creative operations, or similar roles in a tech environment
• Experience with CMS, asset management systems, and workflow tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-format asset delivery
• Experience supporting product or feature launches
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Experience at a leading tech company or start up environment where you gained experience building or scaling asset management systems
• Background in UI/product design or creative production
• Experience working with global teams
