• Salary: $60,000 annually
About the Role:
The Product Development Coordinator will support the development process from concept through production, coordinating samples, updating documentation, and working cross-functionally to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Responsibilities:
• Log and distribute incoming samples and submits to appropriate teams
• Maintain and organize the sample closet for accessibility and accuracy
• Update product documentation, BOMs, and PLM details
• Track communication and follow-ups to support timely execution
• Prepare samples and documents for fittings, meetings, and reviews
• Support documentation of product changes and vendor communication
• Assist with organizing meetings, approvals, and process improvements
• Partner across Product Development, Design, Production, and Merchandising
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in product development, sample coordination, or related role
• Experience with PLM systems and BOM entry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
