Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of innovative new products and assist in managing existing product lines.
- Prepare strategic documents for internal review, approval, and cross-functional communication.
- Forecast SKU performance on a monthly basis using sales history, seasonality, and product/program impacts.
- Analyze sales trends by SKU and provide recommendations for product growth opportunities or discontinuations.
- Assist with product development supply chain activities, including review of bills of materials for accuracy.
- Coordinate market research and consumer testing, including product distribution, documentation, and results analysis.
- Assist in the development and execution of product copy and artwork in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide project management support to ensure timely execution of department priorities.
- Maintain and update systems, forecasts, and product documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of marketing experience.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Beauty or cosmetics industry experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using ERP systems for forecasting, sales review, and documentation updates is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an onsite team environment.
