- Own the full lifecycle of paid video campaigns, including ideation, scripting, production planning, shoot coordination, editing oversight, and final asset delivery.
- Develop clear creative briefs for each campaign, including messaging angles, technical requirements, deadlines, asset needs, and platform-specific specifications.
- Manage and guide creative contributors such as video editors, voice talent, and production support resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Review creative assets for consistency in brand voice, visual quality, grammar, compliance, formatting, and captioning requirements.
- Translate campaign strategy into actionable production plans, assigning responsibilities and building timelines for writing, filming, editing, and launch readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop fresh creative concepts that support paid social growth and broader brand objectives.
- Help refine and strengthen the company’s visual identity and messaging through ongoing creative testing and iteration.
