The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing communications projects, campaign operations, and complex approval workflows. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Workfront.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of communication requests in Workfront.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status updates.
- Update and refine communication templates and content.
- Coordinate legal, compliance, privacy, and stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct proofreading, quality assurance, and deployment-readiness checks.
- Manage production handoffs and timelines with internal teams and external partners.
- Support post-deployment corrections, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Provide project support for disruption and onboarding communication initiatives.
- Track KPIs and prepare reporting for business reviews.
- Participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
- 5 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing communications, campaign operations, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Workfront experience is required.
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven communications or transactional campaigns.
- Experience coordinating legal, compliance, privacy, and cross-functional approval processes.
- Strong proofreading, quality assurance, and content-management skills.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Experience supporting member, patient, provider, or customer communications.
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance terminology and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with external production or deployment partners.
- Knowledge of campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and business-review preparation.
Salary : $31 - $35
