Marketing Transformation Practitioner (Contract)

Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Transformation Practitioner to lead strategic ecosystem activation programs focused on AI and Data initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving high-impact marketing programs in collaboration with business leaders, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional marketing and communications teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in event marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, stakeholder management, project leadership, and performance measurement. This individual will oversee complex activation programs that support key business growth objectives and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Activation & Program Management
- Lead, manage, and execute end-to-end ecosystem activation programs centered around AI and Data initiatives.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing experiences, events, joint content programs, communications campaigns, and partner activations.
- Drive execution of multiple high-priority events and marketing initiatives throughout the engagement.
- Ensure programs align with business objectives and contribute to measurable revenue and growth outcomes.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with senior business leaders, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with communications, content, creative, event, and campaign teams to ensure seamless execution.
Event Marketing & Experience Delivery
- Oversee planning and execution of strategic events and experiences.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of marketing assets, event experiences, and communications materials.
- Support experience design and content development that can scale across multiple programs and audiences.
Measurement & Optimization
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success.
- Track marketing performance, ROI, engagement, and business impact.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization across programs.
- Deliver reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Experience in event marketing, marketing communications, and project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across diverse business groups.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Preferred
- Experience with ecosystem, alliance, or partner marketing programs.
- Experience supporting AI, data, technology, or professional services-related marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, executive events, and partner activations.
Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule based in Culver City, CA.
- 40 hours per week.
- No travel required.
