Marketing Coordinator

A consumer goods company is seeking a freelance B2B Marketing Coordinator to support its Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Coordinator will help plan and execute B2B campaigns across email, digital, print, social, events, and sales collateral. This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Business Development teams to keep projects moving, maintain clear communication, and support campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns.
• Build, schedule, and track regional email campaigns.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on campaign collateral for digital, web, print, and sales initiatives.
• Request and organize copy, creative assets, and approvals as needed.
• Manage and maintain a shared library of marketing and creative assets.
• Track campaign performance and pull data for reporting and analysis.
• Support marketing plans across email, social media, digital advertising, conferences, and events.
• Provide direction for digital and print layouts, messaging, and creative mockups.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of marketing experience, ideally supporting B2B or omnichannel campaigns.
• Experience coordinating marketing projects across multiple channels and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of email service platforms and tools such as Mailchimp, Pardot, HubSpot, or Workfront.
• Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Monday.com or a similar project-management platform is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
