We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to support our visual merchandising and store operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure merchandise is presented accurately, shelves are fully stocked, and the store is clean and inviting. Whether you're new to retail or looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting, we welcome team players with a strong work ethic and eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Place merchandise on sales floor shelves following visual diagrams and store standards
- Accurately tag and price products
- Assist with light cleaning of the sales floor, including wiping down counters and organizing displays
- Provide occasional customer service support when needed
- Follow direction from store leadership and visual teams
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours per shift (with a 1-hour break)
- Comfortable wearing athletic clothing in black, white, red, or grey with closed-toe shoes (sneakers preferred)
- Adhere to store security procedures including end-of-shift bag checks
- Ability to follow diagrams, photos, and instructions for product placement
- Must report to a supervisor if feeling unwell during a shift
- No prior retail or merchandising experience required—training provided
- Masks or face coverings are optional while working indoors
