Influencer Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Apparel and Lifestyle Brand is seeking a Influencer Marketing Assistant to support brand marketing initiatives across influencer partnerships, creator content, affiliate coordination, social media support, events, gifting logistics, and trend research.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and help recruit influencers, UGC creators, and affiliate partners.
• Coordinate media order placement and maintain communication with agency or partner teams to support timely execution.
• Review creator and affiliate content to identify high-performing, on-brand assets for broader internal use.
• Support ambassador-style programs through communications, product shipment coordination, and activation support.
• Assist with local events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Conduct brand, consumer, and cultural trend research to surface relevant insights and opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer and PR gifting logistics, including product selection, packaging, and shipment tracking.
• Support retail or in-person brand activations to help maintain strong presentation and customer experience.
• Assist with social media programming, creative shoots, and content ideation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting logistics, shipments, event coordination, or related operational work.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, creator marketing, and UGC trends.
• Ability to identify culturally relevant trends and translate insights into action.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and follow-through.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  
  

Contract

Hybrid Schedule: 3-4 days in office
