Event Producer

We’re looking for a hands-on Event Producer to join a fast-paced, high-delivery team that creates big ideas, compelling content, and high-impact communications for clients. This role is ideal for a producer or line producer with experience across communications, content production, and events, and who is confident managing clients, shaping creative ideas, building communications plans, and overseeing content development across presentations, video, and multimedia.
This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the story a client wants to tell and can manage execution across multiple touchpoints and mediums. We organize around our client teams, so strong relationships, responsiveness, and sound judgment are essential to success.
The Producer will work with client teams at different levels of seniority and must be able to adapt communication style accordingly. As part of a global agency environment, this person should also be comfortable navigating cross-cultural collaboration, multiple time zones, and multinational initiatives with appropriate local nuance.

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Producer, you will lead specific projects and communications programs across a range of specialty areas, including:
- Live events and leadership meetings, both in-person and virtual
- Exhibitions with significant design, content development, and multimedia or technology components
- Digital content, including websites, HTML, SharePoint sites, best-practice training, and internal training materials
- 360 brand campaigns
- Marketing and communications campaigns that turn complex information into clear, energizing narratives and action-oriented messaging
- Lead onsite and virtual events from planning through execution
- Develop content and manage creative execution to ensure messaging is consistent, targeted, and impactful
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with assigned internal clients
- Collaborate with internal studio teams including graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production, and post-production
- Research and understand business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that shape programs and campaigns
You’ll bring practical experience in communications and events, with the ability to speak clearly about projects you’ve led and the skills you’ve built along the way. You should be energized by working at the center of activity, balancing internal collaboration with client-facing responsibilities.
- Experience in a creative events or producer role, with expertise in one or more of the specialty areas above
- Strong experience delivering projects while balancing time, cost, and quality, and adapting to evolving client needs
- Experience working across extended teams that may include full-time, freelance, and part-time contributors
- Ability to motivate, coordinate, and drive teams toward timely delivery
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required
- Client management skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to develop creative ideas and build thoughtful communications plans
- Experience overseeing content such as presentations, videos, and multimedia assets
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Budget management experience
- Strong copywriting instincts are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Willingness to work primarily in a Miami office setting
