Our client is a global communications agency with deep roots in the pharmaceutical sector, now expanding into additional industries. They're recognized for communications expertise, engaging events, and creative excellence. Founded in 2009, they've grown into a respected, multi-award-winning organization still led by their founder.

Over the past seven years, growth has accelerated as we've taken on more strategic, complex projects involving business transformation and large-scale change initiatives. While our clients include major global organizations, our culture remains entrepreneurial and agile. From a team of 10 in 2020, we've expanded organically to 100 and continue hiring in 2026 and beyond.

We combine the stability of a large, privately held business with a long-term strategy and an energizing culture focused on developing our people and our business.
