Ecommerce Customer Service & Content Coordinato

Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service & Content Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of action-sports, lifestyle, and outdoor brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about the action sports industry and enjoys helping customers, creating engaging ecommerce content, and contributing to an outstanding online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Carson, CA

Schedule: Onsite five days per week – 40 hours

Pay Rate: $22/hour target

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, professional customer support through email, phone, live chat, and social media channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, returns, replacements, warranties, refunds, and account updates.
• Follow established communication procedures, service standards, and company policies.
• Upload new products and maintain accurate product information across ecommerce websites.
• Create and update product detail pages, descriptions, imagery, and supporting content.
• Maintain homepage, collection page, and general website content updates.
• Merchandise product collections to support marketing campaigns and improve the customer shopping experience.
• Partner with the ecommerce team on special projects, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• One to three years of customer service and/or retail experience.
• Passion for action sports, outdoor lifestyle brands, and the communities they serve.
• Ability to remain calm, helpful, and professional when assisting stressed or dissatisfied customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining organized and accountable.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly.
• A consistently professional, courteous, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated initiative and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar customer engagement platforms.
• Experience using Shopify or another ecommerce platform.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
