We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Ecommerce & Brand Marketing to lead digital growth, ecommerce performance, and brand storytelling for the U.S. market. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand and performance marketing.
You’ll own the ecommerce business, lead customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimize the online experience, and translate global brand direction into compelling local campaigns. The ideal candidate is equally analytical and creative, with strong DTC instincts and a passion for premium consumer brands.
What You’ll Do
Ecommerce & Digital Growth (Primary Focus)
- Own website strategy, performance, and customer experience
- Lead online merchandising strategy to maximize conversion and revenue
- Manage B2C email marketing strategy and execution
- Analyze customer journeys, site behavior, and campaign performance
- Report on ecommerce KPIs and recommend growth opportunities
- Oversee site updates, maintenance, and external agency partners
Brand Marketing & Campaigns
- Lead U.S. campaign strategy and execution
- Translate global creative direction into localized storytelling
- Develop compelling brand narratives across digital channels
- Own U.S. market copy and messaging
- Create marketing support packages for wholesale and retail partners
Paid Media & Partnerships
- Manage external agency relationships across paid media channels
- Oversee media strategy, budgets, and channel performance
- Identify and execute additional opportunities including partnerships, publisher placements, print, and sponsorships
- Build relationships with premium media and brand partners
Leadership
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team
- Partner cross-functionally with international leadership and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ecommerce experience (required)
- Experience owning or significantly influencing a DTC website
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Strong understanding of the full customer journey
- Experience balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing goals
- Background in jewelry, luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands preferred
- Expertise in email marketing, site merchandising, and campaign strategy
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
