About The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly analytical, hands-on marketing leader to drive consumer offer strategy, audience segmentation, promotional marketing, and engagement for a leading restaurant-focused fintech company. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to build and scale innovative consumer marketing capabilities, influence purchasing behavior, and drive measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop sophisticated consumer segmentation strategies and personalized offers based on purchasing behavior, engagement, transaction frequency, and customer preferences.
• Design and optimize promotional campaigns, incentives, discounts, and loyalty offers to drive incremental spend and engagement.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis to measure incremental lift and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Own promotional budgets, forecasting, spend management, and ROI analysis in partnership with Finance and Data teams.
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, and other consumer touchpoints to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, Product, Finance, and Analytics to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small team while remaining actively involved in strategy, execution, and optimization.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in consumer growth, lifecycle marketing, promotional strategy, loyalty, or audience segmentation.
• Proven expertise developing targeted consumer offers and personalized incentives that influence purchasing behavior.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including A/B testing, incremental lift, budget management, forecasting, and ROI.
• Experience independently translating consumer insights into actionable strategies and executing campaigns from start to finish.
• A hands-on, player-coach leadership style with experience developing team members and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build processes, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Experience with high-volume consumer businesses, marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery, loyalty platforms, or other transactional businesses is especially relevant.

Location: Chicago, IL. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.
