This person should be analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working across sales, product marketing, paid media, marketing operations, and events teams.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation Marketing Manager
- Remote/WFH supporting EST hours
- W-2 Contract-to-hire with full benefits (PTO, 401K Match, Health, Dental Vision)
- Pay rage, $40-$46/hr depending on experience. Conversion salary of $90,000-$115,000/yr.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ongoing B2B demand generation campaigns, including evergreen programs already in market.
- Support new campaign launches across email, webinars, digital campaigns, LinkedIn, nurture programs, ABM-style activity, and event-related marketing.
- Partner with product marketing to align campaigns with audience needs, product messaging, sales priorities, and go-to-market timelines.
- Collaborate with sales and sales enablement to support lead generation, lead follow-up, campaign alignment, and sales-facing campaign needs.
- Support demand generation activity tied to webinars, trade shows, industry events, and ancillary prospect/customer events.
- Use HubSpot to support campaign execution, segmentation, nurture activity, lead scoring, MQL generation, and campaign tracking.
- Review campaign and funnel performance, including leads acquired, MQLs, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, opportunity size, and win rate.
- Leverage reporting and dashboards to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to optimize campaigns.
- Partner with marketing operations on data, reporting, CRM integration, and HubSpot-related needs.
- Manage timelines, campaign tasks, and deliverables using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Help prioritize campaign activity by identifying what should continue, what should be optimized, and what should be paused or stopped.
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns stay aligned, organized, and on schedule.
- 5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
- 8 years of overall sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
- Experience managing B2B demand generation campaigns tied to lead acquisition, MQL generation, pipeline growth, and sales follow-up.
- Strong understanding of nurture campaigns, lead scoring, MQL criteria, funnel performance, and campaign optimization.
- Experience partnering closely with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, paid media, and/or sales enablement teams.
- Experience supporting webinars, events, trade shows, or event-related demand generation campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables at once.
- Comfortable using data and reporting to make recommendations and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Healthcare education, EdTech, higher education, healthcare, nursing education, or B2B SaaS experience.
- Experience marketing to academic, healthcare, or complex B2B buying committees.
- Monday.com experience.
- Looker Studio exposure.
- ABM or target account marketing experience.
- Corporate or in-house marketing experience strongly preferred.
- This is not a paid media buyer role. This person will partner with the paid media team but will not be responsible for directly managing paid media platforms.
- This is not a marketing operations or dashboard-building role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using HubSpot and campaign data, while partnering with marketing operations on deeper systems, reporting, and CRM needs.
