A respected jewelry/accessories brand based in San Francisco is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! This role is ideal for a polished customer service professional who understands the importance of white-glove support, operational accuracy, and strong retail partner relationships.
The Customer Service Specialist will support a select portfolio of luxury retail accounts by delivering responsive, high-touch service and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This person will handle inquiries, process orders, coordinate shipping documentation, manage returns and reconciliations, and contribute to special projects that support sales and merchandising efforts.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
Location: San Francisco, CA - Onsite 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to luxury retail partners, acting as a trusted resource for inquiries, product information, and account support.
- Support sales associates, store managers, and buyers with timely communication and service that enhances the customer experience and drives sales.
- Manage incoming phone and email communications from retail partners and external sales representatives.
- Process sales orders and prepare shipping documentation accurately within the ERP system.
- Reconcile inventory with retail partners, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process incoming returns, identify and resolve inconsistencies, and ensure proper follow-through on open items.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with external sales representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects related to events, merchandising tools, and operational support initiatives.
