Job Description:
As a Client Advisor – Key Holder, you’ll combine expert client service with operational leadership. In addition to driving sales and providing in-depth diamond knowledge, you will support store management with daily operations, opening/closing responsibilities, and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on diamonds and fine jewelry
- Lead by example in delivering an elevated in-store experience
- Support store leadership in operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and security protocols
- Help mentor and support the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or diamond sales
- Strong knowledge of diamond grading and the 4Cs preferred
- Prior key holder or supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $70,000/year depending on experience
