Social Content Designer
We're looking for more fast paced - social first type of people.
On-site in Brooklyn
Must Have:
TikTok & Meta experience
Sports experience/love sports
We would love to see portfolios filled with UGC (vs. super polished work), knowing you are content forward, trend-forward, etc.
Their day to day would look like:
- 1. Turn raw shoots into finished content (core responsibility)Cuts TikTok/Reels/Shorts fast (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
- Knows pacing, hooks, captions, text overlays, sound timing
- Can make up to 30 variations (Static and Video) from one shoot
- Feels native to TikTok (not “polished ad” energy)
- 2. Participate in ideation (not just take orders)Joins idea jams
- Suggests angles/ideas based on trends, formats, past performance
- Helps adapt ideas while editing when something isn’t landing
- 3. Optimize iterateTweaks hooks, first 2 seconds, captions, CTAs
- Understands basic performance signals (hold rate, CTR)
- Can quickly spin V2s when something shows promise
Salary : $45 - $50
