Our client is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Operations Manager to serve as the primary liaison between client brands and internal cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept through commercialization, driving operational excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.

This individual will act as both a strategic partner to clients and an internal driver of execution, collaborating closely with Packaging, Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to bring high-quality, market-ready products to life.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead cross-functional project execution from concept development through commercialization and launch.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate closely with Packaging, Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and other internal teams to align priorities and resources.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations, requirements, and feedback are clearly communicated.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate potential delays or issues.
- Oversee end-to-end cost management, including project estimates, cost tracking, and budget alignment.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives across client programs and internal processes.
- Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and business reviews to clients and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in client services, account management, project management, operations, or a related function.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cost management, budgeting, or financial tracking.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency with project management and business productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, personal care, manufacturing, or product commercialization environments.
- Familiarity with packaging development, product development, supply chain, or regulatory processes.
- Experience working in entrepreneurial, high-growth, or multi-brand organizations.
- PMP or related project management certification is a plus.
