Job Description:

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand—responsible for delivering a personalized and memorable experience for every client. Leveraging your expertise in diamonds and fine jewelry, you'll guide clients through their purchasing journey, building long-term relationships based on trust, authenticity, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on diamond quality, cuts, settings, and fine jewelry
• Deliver a high-touch client experience that aligns with our luxury standards
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships to drive repeat business
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Assist with in-store operations, including inventory handling and merchandising
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or diamond sales preferred
• Strong understanding of the 4Cs and diamond grading is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build genuine relationships and instill client confidence
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for luxury and service

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25–$34/hr based on experience
• Commission: Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential
