A freelance Manager, Campaign Insights is needed to support advertising measurement across linear, digital, and social campaigns. This person will analyze campaign results, pull insights from research tools and vendor data, and create clear client-facing presentations. The role also partners with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to keep projects on track and deliver results on time.

- Rate: $45-63/hr

- Type: W2 contract, eligible for benefits

Core Requirements
- 3 years of relevant media research, analytics, or campaign measurement experience
- Experience working with brand impact, attribution, or campaign measurement partners
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and data/tagging fundamentals
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative research data
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and presentations
- Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfort working with internal stakeholders, clients, and outside vendors
- Campaign measurement and performance analysis across linear, digital, and social channels
- Pulling and analyzing data from research tools, dashboards, and vendor data files
- Experience with brand impact and attribution vendors such as Kantar, Dynata, EDO, Marketcast, LiveRamp / Data Plus Math, iSpot, and Circana
- Understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem, especially data management and tagging
- Qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Survey design and fielding management
- Analysis of banners and crosstabs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formatting, charts/graphs, pivot tables, and formulas
- Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting insights and recommendations
- Microsoft Word
- Data processing skills
- Data analysis, interpretation, and data visualization
