Senior Change Activation Lead

About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Change Activation Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative within a complex, fast-paced environment. This is a strategic, stakeholder-facing consulting role focused on driving alignment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across critical transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of transformation consulting expertise, executive communication skills, and organizational change leadership. This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape messaging, influence decision-making, and ensure enterprise initiatives translate into meaningful behavioral change and user adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise-level change activation strategy across large transformation initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to define messaging, narratives, communication plans, and success metrics
- Drive alignment across business, product, operations, and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling communication that drives understanding and adoption
- Identify organizational resistance points and influence leadership decisions to support successful outcomes
- Develop and oversee communication and engagement strategies across multiple audiences
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, transformation execution, and end-user adoption
- Guide organizational readiness and adoption planning efforts across enterprise teams
- Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and transformation success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational dynamics, change risks, and stakeholder engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 12 years of experience in organizational change, transformation, consulting, or change leadership roles
- Proven success supporting enterprise transformation programs, including ERP, CRM, or similar initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience navigating complex, cross-functional organizational environments
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavioral change at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic consulting capabilities
Preferred Background
- Experience in communication-forward disciplines such as marketing, media, journalism, or product storytelling
- Background in management consulting or advisory environments supporting enterprise transformation
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems
Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence a few days per week in either Irvine, CA or Charlotte, NC
- Long-term consulting engagement with strong likelihood of extension
- Rate flexibility available for top-tier candidates, particularly those with prior management consulting experience
