Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and product teams
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned K12 school districts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Drive revenue growth and manage performance against defined targets
- Deliver presentations, trainings, and product updates to customers
- Maintain consistent communication across a large account base
- Travel regularly for onsite meetings, trainings, and account development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years of outside sales experience in IT hardware, software, or services
- Strong understanding of public sector and K12 sales environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders
- Experience with reseller channels and distribution models preferred
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
