This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support to ensure an efficient, organized, and productive work environment. The Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of office, logistical, and coordination tasks while serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Administrative Support
- Perform core office functions including filing, document management, and correspondence handling
- Screen calls, respond to inquiries, and route communications appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Review and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting
- Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies
- Update organizational charts and assist with office or equipment moves
- Compile, analyze, and report on information relevant to leadership needs
Reception & Communication
- Serve as a central point of contact for department inquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests within scope of authority
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Logistics & Coordination
- Manage calendars and coordinate complex scheduling needs
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for venue selection, room setup, catering, and materials
- Ensure travel arrangements align with internal policies and cost guidelines
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and service providers to resolve issues
Presentation & Reporting
- Create high-quality presentations and documents under tight deadlines
- Translate business needs into clear, well-organized visual and written materials
- Prepare reports by gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience

- PhD or Law degree with 3 years of experience
- Master’s degree with 4 years of experience
- Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience
- High School diploma with 7 years of experience
