Duties

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to help customers make informed decisions
- Upsell related products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers
- Support the team with basic retail math calculations for transactions and sales reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
