24 Hour Flood Pros is a fast-growing water and fire damage restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly after disaster. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Record and categorize daily transactions (AR/AP)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Track expenses and job costs by project
- Process payroll and manage payroll records
- Support tax preparation and annual audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and management as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency with Paylocity (Online preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Experience in construction or restoration industry is a plus

- Flexible hours (Full-time or Part-time)
