Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine heart for hospitality, both internally and externally.
- Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
- Excellent customer service instincts, conflict resolution abilities, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with client service, event planning, and administrative processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and align internal operations with client expectations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software.
- 2–3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, event coordination, administrative support, or related customer service roles.
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Current California Food Handler’s card and valid driver’s license required.
- Local travel required.
