24/7 Service Pros is a growing water damage restoration and mold remediation company serving South Florida.
We are hiring a motivated bilingual English/Spanish Field Business Development Representative to help generate new business by building referral relationships with local businesses.
This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who enjoys being out in the field every day, meeting business owners, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit 10–15 local businesses per day
- Build relationships with plumbers, property managers, supply houses, local businesses, and referral partners
- Introduce our water damage and mold remediation services
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
- Track visits, contacts, referrals, and follow-ups
- Help generate qualified leads and new jobs for the company
- Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English, Spanish preferred
- High energy and self-motivated
- Comfortable walking into businesses and introducing yourself
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Persistent and not discouraged by rejection
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation required
- Field sales, route sales, B2B sales, home services, construction, roofing, HVAC, pest control, telecom, or hospitality sales experience preferred
Compensation:
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission on closed jobs generated from your relationships
- Performance bonuses
- Strong income growth potential
Strong performers can earn $75,000–$120,000 annually, with top performers having the opportunity to exceed $150,000 as referral relationships and closed jobs grow.
