Specific Duties & Key Responsibilities
Programming Language
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and system functionalities based on business and technical requirements.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for reported system issues and program errors.
- Deploy programs and system changes following standard program movement and deployment procedures.
- Perform code testing, debugging, and validation to ensure application quality and stability.
- Analyze technical requirements and provide appropriate system solutions and recommendations.
- Serve as a technical resource by providing consultation and support for application development, enhancement initiatives, and technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders during development and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and web-based applications using approved technologies and frameworks.
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving production-related incidents.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed programs, enhancements, and deployment activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow software development best practices and coding standards.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
