2313 Inc. is a sales and marketing firm contracted by large corporations to manage their customer acquisition in the retail sector. Our client is looking for us to hire more Retail Sales Representatives so we can better promote their brand and exceed their goals. To ensure the quality of the work we provide our clients, we believe in 100% organic growth. We're looking to train the right candidates in this role to grow internally and run markets in the future.

Position Available: Retail Sales Representative

We are cross-training our team in all areas of our organization outside of just retail sales. These skills would include (not limited to) sales and customer service, marketing, human resources, leadership and management, CRM software, KPI analytics, and business administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with customers to coordinate all aspects of service including customer service, sales, promotional marketing, and retention in a retail environment
• Maintain accounts, contracts, and follow-up correspondence using CRM software
• Human resources and playing a part in the talent scouting process of our new team members
• Peer mentorship and empowered leadership training
• Training, coaching, and becoming responsible for a team
• Public speaking in-store and office
