We're looking for a Retail Sales Representative who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and business.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
- Ask questions to understand individual needs
- Present and recommend appropriate services and promotions
- Quote pricing and complete customer sales agreements
- Provide a personalized presentation with every interaction
- Support customers throughout and after the sales process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Learn from leadership to improve performance and key metrics
