Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role-based position in Atlanta, GA, for a Media Buying Assistant. The Media Buying Assistant will support the media buying team by managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate execution of media buys. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, reporting on media spend, maintaining communication with vendors, and assisting in resolving discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams and vendors
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with relevant media and purchasing tools or platforms is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
