Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing facility. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support and educate residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific requirement)
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Additional Details
- Evening shift with consistent hours
- 30-minute meal break included
- Must bring valid government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required per facility policy
